History
Not much is known about Jon Stout other than his father encouraged him to go into the Law Enforcement field and got Jon his first job at the local police station after he earned his bachelors in Law. For the next four years he rose to the ranks of Detective before he went on to attempt to qualify for a US Marshal position. One of his first solo jobs was watching over Shannon Thurlow Jurado once she entered the Witness Protection.

Jon Stout came to Stone Creek looking for Shannon Thurlow Jurado and in this attempt he alerted the Chief of Police that Shannon was indeed alive. He insisted Gideon keep this a secret and began tagging Gideon in order to find Shannon. He has promised to protect Shannon at all costs.
