History

Born to Cameron and Cadence Joplin in June of 2012, she was the spitting image of her grandmother, Delilah -- who had passed away before her birth. Her parents spent little time with her as she grew into her teens. Her nanny spent a lot of time teaching Tully how to survive the world of the rich by showing her how to solve problems with things other than money; Tully learned to paint.
