History
Patsy Genevieve Sutton was born on June 13th, 1957 to Cutler and Maisie Sutton, she is the second child to the young couple and the dotting younger sister to three year old, Peter. Patsy was showered with love from her father and her grandmother, Barbara Sutton -- who was the beholder of the Adeline Sutton Holdings. It was thought from that day forward that Patsy would be granted with the honor after her grandmother passed away. She spent the next five years being raised as the only daughter, and even won over her father's affections over her younger brother, Patrick Sutton, when he was born in 1961.
But her life changed when they learned of her father's affair with Nancy Keeler and the child that the woman bore; a daughter, named Kimberly Keeler -- who's last name was later changed to Sutton to match the family; Cutler and Maisie took the young girl in. Because of her dedication to her husband, Maisie, began to treat Kimberly better than she had treated Patsy and in doing so developed the rivalry between the two half-sisters.
When Patsy was in High School, her beloved grandmother passed away, which meant that it was time to find out who would gain access to the Adeline Sutton Holdings. Although everyone re-assured Patsy that she would get them, she wasn't too sure and the night before the announcement she went out drinking with a few friends to a cottage party up on Boulestridge Mountains. There, she met Adam Clarke from the neighboring Wolf's Point. They spent the entire night talking about her family and the holdings, unaware of the approaching morning. She would later find out that her grandmother had left her the Holdings and Patsy celebrated by losing her virginity to Adam. They began dating in late 1974 but when her father found out that she was dating the son of an oil tycoon he tried to marry her off as soon as possible. Patsy didn't want to be married at all and decided to break-up with Adam. Cutler grew angry with her daughter's 'selfish' reasonings and informed Patsy that he would take over the Holdings if she didn't marry Adam -- unbeknownst to Patsy at the time that the Holdings could never be held by a male heir of the family. Patsy decided to marry Adam but he declined the offer.
She left Stone Creek for Cuttlebone City University in the fall. Studying strategic management in business studies, Patsy was surprised when Adam had followed her to Cuttlebone City and enrolled in the University against his father's wishes. After a series of misfortunate events they both reunited and spent the remainder of their time in Cuttlebone City together, away from their families. They got married in 1980 and later had a daughter, Candice Maisie Clarke in 1985.

Patsy Sutton Clarke has tended to both her Holdings and charity organizations in Stone Creek. But because her brother, Patrick, chased their siblings out of town she has stepped away from the family business. She only holds stock within the company and avoids most all board meetings. Her main focus has always been for her family and has built-up a persona as a shrewd business woman.
In 2013, Damien Crenshaw and Clifton Briggs planned to get Patsy to sell the properties owned within the Adeline Sutton Holdings but failed when she enlisted the help of her brother, Pa
